Under the guidance of Dr David Jukes, research on food law issues is conducted within Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences. The following provides brief details of the type of work that has been undertaken in the past and of current activities.

Masters Degree Students (MSc) - Project Work
The Department offers several food related Masters' degree programmes, all of which have a research project as part of the programme. Each year one or two students on the Food Quality Assurance course undertake a project which studies issues relating to food law. Projects have been completed with the following titles:
